DreamBuilder Academy
DreamBuilder Academy is a free educational program consisting of 13 virtual modules, designed to guide women entrepreneurs through the process of creating, structuring, and launching a formal business, from the initial idea to a complete and executable business plan.
Developed by Emprendedoras Latinas en Indiana (ELI), this program combines specialized academic content with live mentoring and an active community of female entrepreneurs who support each other at every stage of the process.
This program is conducted virtually, which reduces operational risks and ensures accessibility for participants throughout the state of Indiana.
No prior business experience is required to participate.
It is carried out four times a year, with new cohorts every three months.
In addition to the self-guided classes, 12 live group sessions (120 minutes each) are offered via Zoom, facilitated by business experts, mentors, and leaders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Women who:
They have a business idea
They wish to formalize their project
They seek to update their business knowledge
They want to receive practical and applicable guidance
Program Contents
Over the course of 8 weeks, participants will learn about:
Business planning.
Marketing and pricing.
Basic management and accounting.
Risk assessment.
Finance and capital raising.
Goals, sustainability, and more.
At the end of the program, each participant receives:
A complete business plan
A certificate of participation
Network of contacts with female entrepreneurs with similar goals
