Latin Woman Expo 2023

Currently, the population of Hispanic or Latina women in the United States is 28 millions; represent 17% of the total number of women living in the country and 9% of all population.

According to the most recent Census data, 44% of all Hispanic businesses in United States are under the control of Hispanic women. This means that close than 1.5 million companies with $78.7 billion in sales operate under the direction of Latino owners.

In this new reality, many things have changed: the way of working, priorities, tastes and purchase and consumption preferences. For this reason, businessmen and women they had to innovate the way they sell their products and services.

As women entrepreneurs there are many challenges: the current inflation we are experiencing, the challenge of sell the products at competitive prices, the scarcity of raw materials, the management of the
personnel, regulatory issues, insecurity, to name a few. And many businesswomen and businessmen ask ourselves: what is next?, where to come on?

We know that the challenges are enormous, but from LATIN ENTREPRENEURS IN INDIANA, we seek to promote actions to benefit the economy of women businesswomen and entrepreneurs formally established in the STATE OF INDIANA.

With this objective, "Mujer Latina Expo 2023, 1st Edition" was born, which will take place
held May 7, 2023, organized by the non-profit organization ELI.

The objective is to provide women entrepreneurs and businesswomen with a space in where they can market their products and services, create alliances strategies and business with customers or suppliers, in this way we will be promoting economic reactivation for companies led by women.

We also seek constant updating through conferences and presentations master classes that help personal and business development, All this in one place! It will be the venue of the Hamilton Fair that will open its doors to all women. In addition, we will have different digital tools that allow them to give visibility to
their businesses and in this way they can attract more customers.

Expo Mujer Latina 2023 will have a section of stands, where you can participate as women exhibitors with a preferential cost.
We will have a conference section, in which we will have businesswomen leaders who will provide us with valuable information to continue growing our companies, they will also provide us with many tips to be able to face the new current situation that we live.

At Expo Mujer Latina 2023 we will provide you with a networking area where you will have the
possibility of generating alliances between women.

From LATIN ENTREPRENEURS IN INDIANA we seek to promote the generation of a community of women who among themselves can do business. They will be able to schedule appointments and meet with other businesswomen and entrepreneurs.
